The Wildcats rallied from 15 down in the fourth quarter to win 48-41 at Washington. Willie Tuitama passed for five TDs and a school-record 510 yards, and his 22-yard TD pass to Mike Thomas with 2:02 left was the game-winner. Tuitama guided Arizona to 22 fourth-quarter points. Thomas had 10 catches for 165 yards and three touchdowns as the Wildcats snapped a three-game losing streak. Next: vs. UCLA.
Backup TB Dimitri Nance ran for three TDs as the Sun Devils beat visiting California 31-20. Arizona State is the only unbeaten team in league play. The Sun Devils trailed 13-0 after the first quarter, but kept Cal's offense under wraps the rest of the way. Arizona State outscored Cal 17-0 in the second half. The Golden Bears jumped out to a 13-0 first-quarter lead, then were kept under wraps the rest of the way in a 31-20 loss to host Arizona State. It was Cal's third loss in a row. Nate Longshore threw for 261 yards and a touchdown, but also threw two interceptions. Next: vs. Washington State.
The host Ducks took a big step toward winning the league title, beating USC 24-17 in a game with national championship implications. The Ducks forced three turnovers. Jonathan Stewart ran for 103 yards and two TDs, and Dennis Dixon threw for 157 yards and added 76 yards and a TD on the ground. Dixon has had a rushing TD in each game this season.

The defense led the host Beavers to a 23-6 victory over Stanford. Oregon State allowed minus-8 rushing yards and forced four fourth-quarter turnovers. Alexis Serna kicked three field goals, and Matthew Sieverson ran for 68 yards after replacing injured TB Yvenson Bernard. Bernard ran for 62 yards before leaving at halftime with a shoulder injury.

The Cardinal rushing attack was shut down in a 23-6 loss at Oregon State. Stanford was held to minus-8 rushing yards, and committed four turnovers and had a field-goal attempt blocked in the fourth quarter. The Cardinal finished with 181 total yards. Next: vs. Washington.
The Bruins' up-and-down season continued, with a 27-7 loss at Washington State the latest "can you believe that?" blemish on the ledger. The Bruins scored quickly on their first possession, moving 62 yards in three plays. However, they didn't do much on offense or defense the rest of the way. The Bruins were outgained 545-267 by a team coming off a 46-point league loss.

The Trojans' hopes for a sixth consecutive Pac-10 title basically ended with a 24-17 loss at Oregon. The setback gave USC two league losses. USC committed three turnovers. Mark Sanchez, making his third start, threw for 277 yards and two TDs, but he also threw two picks.

The Huskies blew a 15-point lead in the final 12:32 to fall 48-41 to visiting Arizona. Washington allowed 510 passing yards. Huskies QB Jake Locker had 493 yards of total offense, but Washington committed four turnovers in losing its sixth in a row. Washington had 415 yards of offense in the first half and led 28-23 at halftime.

Sophomore TB Dwight Tardy rushed for 214 yards and two TDs as the host Cougars shocked UCLA 27-7. The Cougars were coming off a 53-7 loss to Oregon. Alex Brink threw for 271 yards and a TD. Washington State had 545 yards of offense and its much-maligned defense held the Bruins to 267.
