New rules, a new quarterback for Arkansas, a new attitude for Tennessee, a new suspension at Texas and a new starting running back for Louisville - all old news.

It's time to look ahead. It's a new week, Week 2, of the college football season.

Defending champion Texas is set to meet Ohio State in what is clearly the week's marquee game. That may be the headliner but other intriguing games dot the schedule.

Notre Dame and Penn State tussle for the first time since 1992. Clemson and Boston College will give one another an early season test.

Tennessee and Florida should cruise this week, setting up a Sept. 16 showdown that could go a long way toward deciding the SEC Eastern Division title. Meanwhile, Washington and Oklahoma are scheduled for an interesting intersectional tilt after struggling in openers against San Jose State and UAB, respectively.
