Spring Practice Report: Day 3

Walking into Mountaineer Field on this warm and breezy Morgantown afternoon, a distinct sound could be heard that has not been present since the team left Miami - pads popping.

In the 30-minute session which was open to the media, the West Virginia football team broke out the pads for the first time this spring, participating in an up-tempo and energetic practice, running a number of drills on all three phases of the ball to dust off any cobwebs the team may have from the long offseason.
