Friday: The nation's No. 1 squad battles upstart Paramus Catholic. Don Bosco features a bevy of top rated recruits, including the nation's No. 5 player, Darius Hamilton. Paramus Catholic features heralded freshman Najee Clayton.
No. 46 Cincinnati (Ohio) Moeller at No. 2 Louisville (Ky.) Trinity

Friday: This is the last chance of the season for the Shamrocks to make an impression in its bid for the No. 1 spot in the RivalsHigh 100. It is taking on a Moeller team that has lost a little steam over the last few weeks with consecutive losses.
No. 59 Tampa (Fla.) Plant at No. 4 Seffner (Fla.) Armwood

Friday: The teams have combined for five state titles (and seven title game appearances) in the past eight seasons. Armwood is led by QB Darryl Richardson, RB Matt Jones and a defense that rarely gives up a point. Plant is led by QB James Few.
Birmingham (Mich.) Seaholm at No. 22 Farmington Hills (Mich.) Harrison

Friday: Michigan's top-ranked team, Farmington Hills Harrison, begins its push toward a second consecutive state title against Birmingham Seaholm. The Hawks boast a pair of Michigan commits in tight end Devin Funchess and defensive end Mario Ojemudia, along with Michigan State-bound wide receiver Aaron Burbridge.
Scottsdale (Ariz.) Saguaro at No. 54 Scottsdale (Ariz.) Chaparral

Friday: Checking out the biggest cross-town rivalry in the state as two-time 5AII defending state champ Chaparral takes on 4AI defending state champ Saguaro. When Chaparral was in 4A these two teams battled for the state title on numerous occasions with Saguaro handing Chaparral their last 4A loss in the 2008 title game 38-0. There is no love lost between these two schools. Players of note are two of the top uncommited players in Arizona: Saguaro's four star prospect D.J. Foster and Chaparral's four star prospect Davonte Neal. Both could end up at ASU.
Toledo (Ohio) Central Catholic at No. 84 Toledo (Ohio) Whitmer

Friday: Both of these teams are in line for playoff berths in the state of Ohio and both have some outstanding talent on the roster. Whitmer has Michigan commitment Chris Wormley while Toledo Central Catholic has a trio of outstanding underclassmen in junior safety Jayme Thompson, junior tight end Keith Towbridge, and sophomore quarterback DeShone Kizer.
No. 93 Jenks (Okla) High. at No. 94 Broken Arrow (Okla.) High

Friday: Both are national Top 100 teams and feature quite a bit of Division I talent. Even though Rivals250 running back Alex Ross will not suit up for Jenks the Trojans still have lots of firepower.

Beaver (Pa.) Area at Beaver Falls (Pa.) High

Friday: This traditional rivalry has major playoff implications. Beaver Falls can steal a home playoff game if they knock off Beaver. Otherwise, they'll have to go on the road to start the District 7 playoffs next week.
Littlestown (Pa.) High at York Springs (Pa.) Bermudian Springs

Friday: Bermudian Springs has emerged as one of the top Class AA contenders in District 3 and can seal a high seed in the district playoffs with a win against Littlestown.
Scranton (Pa.) High at Hawley (Pa.) Wallenpaupack Area

Friday: Wallenpaupack tight end Will McLaughlin was the team's main weapon entering the season, but senior RB Pat Ingulli has carried the load of late, with three 260-plus yard games.
Clearfield (Pa.) High at Bellefonte (Pa.) High

Friday: Clearfield was a state quarterfinalist last year before running into eventual Class AAA champion Allentown Central Catholic. Behind senior Beau Swales, Clearfield can secure a high seed in the district playoffs with a win Friday night.
Reading (Pa.) Exeter Township High at Shillington (Pa.) Governor Mifflin

Friday: The winner will help break a four-way tie atop the Berks County League before the final regular season game next week. Exeter Township is led by Eastern Michigan TE commit Christian Menet and dual-threat QB Kyle Yocum, while Mifflin's had strong play from RB Derek Nye since his return from an injury.
Fallston (Md.) High @ Pylesville (Md.) North Harford

Friday: Heading out to farm country to check out North Harford's physical, hard-hitting defense and Fallston's up-tempo spread offense featuring potential recruits Ryan Umpleby and Connor Davis.
Cumberland (Md.) Fort Hill @ Cumberland (Md.) Mountain Ridge

Friday: The game of the year in Cumberland features a pair of 8-0 squads and a glut of talented players, including Fort Hill's Dylan Clay and Garrett Clay and Mountain Ridge's Jarrod Harper, West Virginia commit.
Wake Forest (N.C.) Wake Forest-Rolesville at Raleigh (N.C.) Leesville Road

Friday: Two of the top squads in the Raleigh area will face off. Leesville Road features the Braxton Berrios, a top 2014 prospect.
Wilksboro (N.C.) Wilkes Central at Boonville (N.C.) Starmount

Friday: Two unbeaten teams will face off for the conference championship and possible #1 seed in the 2A playoffs.
Concord (N.C.) High at Kannapolis (N.C.) A.L. Brown

Friday: The top rivalry in the state of North Carolina with the winner taking the Victory Bell. Concord has 2013 QB prospect BJ Beecher and UNC commit TE Terrence Knox while Brown counters with ATH Damien Washington, another UNC commit.
Boiling Springs (N.C.) Crest at Belmont (N.C.) South Point

Friday: Another big rivalry game between two of the top programs in North Carolina. Crest features 5-star DE Jonathan Bullard and Florida commit Rhaheim Ledbetter.

Saturday: Heading to Prince George's County to see Flowers' big TE Monte Taylor and Wise's array of prospects, headlined by James Madison commits Uriah Bethea and Zach Pascal.

Saturday: A battle of Mid State 39 conference foes both ranked in the NJVarsity top 25, who are both also fighting for position in North 2, Group 4, arguably the toughest playoff bracket in New Jersey. Both squads lost to our No. 12 team Elizabeth early but have bounced back going unbeaten since. This is also a chance to evaluate Franklin's 2013 stud Eddie Lee.

Thursday: Hillcrest wide receiver Dorial Green-Beckham, the No. 1 overall prospect in the country, is 62 yards shy of breaking the all-time national career receiving yards record.
San Antonio (Texas) Lanier vs. San Antonio (Texas) Edison

Thursday: Lanier and Edison renew their San Antonio ISD rivalry with playoff implications on the line. Lanier has already clinched a spot in the Texas 4A playoffs, while Edison with a win can take a big step toward the postseason.
McKinney (Texas) Boyd vs. Rowlett (Texas) High

Thursday: Boyd junior RB Bryan Driskell will look to help the Broncos lock up second place in District 10-5A against Rowlett, which clinched a playoff spot a week ago in Texas Class 5A.
Carrollton (Texas) Creekview at Frisco (Texas) High

Thursday: Frisco led by talented RB Carlos Harris will look to officially clinch their first playoff spot in several years with a win over a young but talented Creekview squad. Frisco is coming off a close loss to unbeaten Frisco Centennial a week ago.
San Antonio (Texas) Wagner vs. Cibolo (Texas) Steele

Friday: One of the top matchups this week in the Alamo City pits Region 4's top team Cibolo Steele against Wagner who is nipping on the Knights heels. Despite losing Malcolm Brown to Texas, Steele's offense may be even more explosive in 2011 with Nebraska commit Tommy Armstrong directing traffic. Steele's RB duo of Justin Stockton and Jordan Sterns pair well with a physical old school defense. Wagner after a trip to the State Quarter-Finals in 2010 has designs on another long playoff run and that run could be set in motion with a win this week and a district title.
Sulphur Springs (Texas) High at Texarkana (Texas) High

Friday: Will be by to see Oklahoma commit, and Rivals100 offensive lineman, John Michael McGee along with Texas High's 2013 defensive tackle Johnathan Hunt and 2014 linebacker Anthony Rhone. Also Sulphur Springs three-star running back Kendrick Daniels.
Everman (Texas) High vs. Cleburne (Texas) East

Friday: A pair of Mizzou commits go at it, as Everman LB Torey Boozer leads his Bulldogs against DB Chaston Cuffee and Cleburne. Both teams are involved in a log jam at 3-2 in District 7-4A. The winner takes a big step toward locking up a playoff spot. Everman's defense could be the difference in this one as the Bulldogs also feature LB Lincoln Richard and two-way threat Horace Richardson. Everman has only won twice at historic Yellow Jacket Stadium, one of the few stadiums in Texas designated a historical landmark by the state.
Plano (Texas) High vs. Plano (Texas) East

Friday: One of the more intense rivalries in the DFW area is renewed as Plano East looks to end a five game skid against Plano Senior High. PESH can advance to the 5A Division 1 playoffs if they win out, their potent ground game should be able to make headway against the Plano defense which has struggled in 2011. Plano junior QB Richard Lagow has played well all year and if he limits mistakes Plano is talented enough to pull the upset.
Allen (Texas) High at Lewisville (Texas) Hebron

Friday: Last year Hebron walked into Eagle Stadium, generally regarded as one of the toughest places in the DFW area to win and pulled a big upset over unbeaten Allen. This year the site is different as unbeaten Allen visits Hebron's woodshed in a key District 8-5A matchup. Hebron is led by two way Baylor commit Kiante' Griffin and Arkansas commit DE Deatrich Wise. Allen senior QB Alec Morris (Alabama) had a big game last week in the Eagles last second win over previously unbeaten Flower Mound Marcus.
Allen (Texas) High at Hebron (Texas) High

Friday: Missouri commitment Jonathan Williams leads the way for Allen. Williams and the Eagles continue their run toward the Texas state playoffs and PowerMizzou.com will be there to catch up with one of the Tigers' most highly-touted commitments.
Millard (Neb.) North at Omaha (Neb.) Burke

Friday: What we have here is last year's defending champion, Millard North, saddled with an official 4-5 record after having to forfeit three wins due to use of an ineligible player earlier this season, getting in as the No. 16, and last seed, then facing the season-long No. 1 team, Omaha Burke, which just finished off its first-ever unbeaten regular season. Burke linemen Hunter Greer and James Andersen are Division I talents, while junior QB Isaac Aakre is one of the most explosive runners in the state.

Ft. Wayne (Ind.) Bishop Luers at Butler (Ind.) Eastside

Friday: Bishop Luers travels for second-round state playoff matchup against Eastside. The main attraction here is Luers junior linebacker Jaylon Smith, whose older brother plays at Ohio State. Smith has offers from Indiana, Michigan State, Mississippi State, Notre Dame, Ohio State, Purdue and Tennessee. He visited Notre Dame last weekend.
Floosmoor (Ill.) Homewood-Floosmoor at Chicago (Ill.) Marist

Friday: One of the top opening round playoff games in the state. Game will feature H-F QB Tim Williams against Chicago Marist senior WR/S Ryan Meyer and sophomore WR Nic Weishar

Saturday: Yet another top matchup in the opening round of the Class 7A state playoffs. Thornton features junior DB Jalen Banks while Oswego features senior QB Ryan West.

Thursday: Bishop Kenny is led by a pair of talented underclassmen - 6-foot-4, 195-pound junior wide receiver Ahmad Fulwood and 6-foot-1, 192-pound sophomore quarterback John Wolford. Their senior class includes a trio of commitments in defensive end Steven Cornellier (Air Force), linebacker Bobby Wolford (BYU), and offensive lineman Will Lewis (Delaware).
Lake City (Fla.) Columbia at Orange Park (Fla.)

Friday: Offensive tackle Laremy Tunsil may be the top offensive linemen in the Sunshine State's junior class. He leads a talented Columbia squad that also includes senior defensive tackle Dequan Ivery, junior linebacker Felix Woods, and sophomore defensive back Trey Marshall. Orange Park counters with a talented backfield including senior Erick Hayward and sophomore Eddie Fuller at running back. Junior defensive tackle Deasian Richardson is also creating some buzz at Orange Park.
Jacksonville (Fla.) Trinity Christian at Yulee (Fla.) Yulee

Friday: Both squads are similar in that they love to run the ball (combining for close to 4,000 yards), and in that they have 2013 prospects who are already highly coveted prospects. Yulee is led by UGA commit [db]Derrick Henry[/db], who has rushed for 1,445 yards and 16 touchdowns this season. Trinity Christian is headed up by Nick Washington, who has 488 rushing yards and seven touchdowns, along with 8 catches for 210 yards and two touchdowns on the year. This non-district matchup also features two 2012 prospects in Zach Camp and tight end [db]Kelvin Rainey[/db], a South Carolina commitment.

Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, New Mexico, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, Washington, Wyoming
La Crescenta (Calif) Crescenta Valley vs. Burbank (Calif) at Glendale High School

Thursday: Both teams need a win to stay alive in the playoff picture. Burbank will have to control the clock to stop Crescenta Valley's high-scoring offense.
Canyon Country (Calif) Canyon vs. West Ranch at Valencia High School

Friday: Canyon (6-1) and West Ranch (5-2) are both 1-1 in the Foothill League and need to win this game to stay in contention for the top playoff spot in league.
Danville (Calif.) San Ramon Valley at Concord (Calif.) De La Salle

Friday: This game features a pair of Elite 11 quarterbacks in San Ramon Valley's Zach Kline (California) and De La Salle's Bart Houston (Wisconsin) and the top two teams in the East Bay Athletic League. De La Salle enters this week No. 1 in Northern California while San Ramon Valley is No. 16.
Serra (Calif.) San Mateo vs. San Jose (Calif.) Bellarmine Prep at San Jose City College

Friday: The NorCalPreps.com Game of the Week pits two NorCal Top 20 teams in Serra and Bellarmine with major WCAL implications on the line. The Padres are a run dominated offense with Erich Wilson (Colorado) and junior Eric Redwood both averaging more than 100 yards per game. Bellarmine also employs a ball control offense as Tim Crawley finished with more than 200 yards on the ground in last week's win over Mitty. The play of Bellarmine quarterback Travis McHugh could be the deciding factor making plays with his arm and legs. Nobody should be surprised if one of these programs ends up winning the difficult CCS Open Division.
Folsom (Calif.) High vs. Elk Grove (Calif.) Pleasant Grove at Sheldon High School

Friday: For the fourth straight year, Folsom and Pleasant Grove meet for the Delta River League title in a battle of contrasting styles. Pleasant Grove relies on the power running game of Mark Jenkins, who has surpassed 1,000 yards on the season with 22 touchdowns behind a solid offensive line. Quarterback Cody Demps has added some balance to the offense while the defense is playing its best football of the year. It will need another good performance against the spread attack of Folsom, led by quarterback Tanner Trosin and wide receiver J'Juan Muldrow. The Bulldogs are the defending CIF Division II state champions. This game could feature the eventual Sac-Joaquin Section Division I and Division II champions.
Henderson (Nev.) Green Valley at Las Vegas (Nev.) Silverado

Friday: Defensive end [db]Jordan McDonald closes out the regular season versus the speedy Gators.
Albuquerque (N.M.) Hope Christian @ Santa Fe (N.M.) St. Michael's

Saturday: The premier Class 3A weekend match up features two teams which are a combined 16-0 on the season. Hope Christian has allowed just four points per game while St. Michael's has allowed just five points per game. This is two defensive powers going head to head in district competition.
