Horrocks: We're one step closer

VandySports.com Vanderbilt's Theo Horrocks played one of the best games of his career, dominating from his defensive tackle slot by registering seven tackles (two for loss) and contributing a quarterback hurry. After the game, Horrocks spoke to the media at-length about his-and the defense's-performance in VU's 24-13 win over Miami of Ohio.
Opening statement:
"It started out, it wasn't real pretty. We had
a lot of talk during halftime, we stepped up, we came out and finished the game. That's exactly what we had to do."
"You shut down the run, it seemed like."
"We did. We made them a one-dimensional team. They tried to hit us deep a few times, but we did a good job of defending that."
"What did you think about Earl [Bennett] getting the [Southeastern Conference's all-time receptions] record?"
