As standout high school players, Eric Butler and Tony Burks took two different paths to Mississippi State. Butler was considered a sleeper, while Burks was receiving every award known to man. Now the two coast natives have united not only to form a bond on the field, but off the field also.

Burks was a great high school receiver, but also noticed the talents of another receiver/ tight end when they took the field against each other.
